IRIE was commissioned to come up with a solution to web enable Infolink's call centre database. The solution developed not only achieved its goal but extended the workflow concept to a degree that changed the direction of the company.

The web based workflow management system utilised Microsoft technologies including SQL Server as its primary database and was delivered with a complete n-tier Distributed COM desktop administration application.

This software solution was awarded first prize in the category of Technology Innovator of the Year at the Computerworld Excellence Awards held in Auckland on 23rd June 2000.



The Computerworld Excellence Awards convening judge, Garry Fissenden, says Infoshare is a broad far-reaching product using existing Internet technology and tools to improve other businesses systems.
