Project Brief
Although our Unix based HR system provides excellent functionality we require staff profiles to be printed in a presentable format at our staff development meetings rather than being individually created with a word processor as required.

IRIE solution
With the data extracted from the Unix HR application in the form of a standard report we were able to automate the import facility into the LDC application to be a simple ONE click process.

The application provides a visual tabbed form view of each staff member along with full filter and find facilities. A photograph of the staff member can be added which is retained during subsequent imports of refreshed data.

Reporting allows presentable profiles and development plans to be printed either singularly or by filtered groups. Management reporting extended to staff member internal as well as external movement analysis. Position summaries and staff indexes are also available with all reports honoring and filtering or grouping criteria set.
